Boot toppers or cuffs are a perfect winter accessory while wearing boots with skirts. A quick project, they are fun and useful. You don't have to tell anyone they just cuffs, they will think you have knit gorgeous socks. Barleycove cuffs have four sizes. The toddler and junior sizes also work as legwarmers for babies and children. Simply adding cable repeats will convert them to legwarmers for adults as well.
Instructions are clearly written and charted for personal preference. All measurements are given in US and metric.

NEEDLES: US 2 / 2.75 mm and US 5 / 3.75 mm
GAUGE: 24 stitches and 32 rows in 4" / 10 cm in stockinette stitches using larger needles
