Sent alternative markers
I had ordered three colors of in stock markers but apparently the Chartreuse markers were actually out of stock and are no longer available so a darker green was substituted. I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted those three pouches or even cancelling that portion of my order and sending the rest. Messaging through email/store contact form/order messaging/IG was unsuccessful so I called the shop and received the correct info.
