Snow Ghost is knit in the round from the brim up. It features a knit-in-hem for warmth and to help retain shape over time.

Two charts are included. One with a dark background and another with a light background. Work from the chart that best represents your choice in colors.

YARN: sport weight 

  • Main Color: 150 yd / 140 m (shown in grey)
  • Contrast Color: 130 yd / 120 m (shown in white)

NEEDLES: US 3 (4, 5) / 3.25 (3.5, 3.75) mm

NOTIONS: stitch markers, and tapestry needle for weaving ends.

GAUGE: 28 (26, 24) stitches to 4 in / 10 cm in pattern (blocked)

SIZES: small (medium, large)

FINISHED CIRCUMFERENCE: 18 (19.5, 21) in / 46 (50, 54) cm

    I'm a new knitter but hope to grow into colorwork soon. I like the simplicity of this Nordic-inspired hat and hope I can knit this 2-color design after some practice work.
