Sugar Pine Hat is a quick to knit accessory that is sure to please. The stitch pattern is very intuitive, easily memorized, and fun to knit. The finished hat is very stretchy and fits a broad range of head circumferences, however, should you feel the need to make a slightly larger or smaller hat, the pattern is very easily adjusted.
Sugar Pine Cowl is a quick to knit accessory that is sure to please. The stitch pattern is very intuitive, easily memorized, and simple to modify should you desire a double cowl.

YARN FOR HAT: 60 (75) yd / 55 (70) m of super bulky yarn
YARN FOR COWL: 110 yd / 100 m of super bulky yarn
NEEDLES FOR HAT: US 11 and 13 / 8 and 9 mm
NEEDLES FOR COWL: US 17 / 12.75 mm
NOTIONS for HAT and COWL: 1 stitch marker, tape measure, and a tapestry needle
GAUGE FOR HAT: 10 stitches and 14 rows to 4 in / 10 cm using larger needle in Stockinette stitch
GAUGE FOR COWL: 8 stitches and 10 rows to 4 in / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch
