Pygmy Owl Colorway
I am planning to knit the Badlands hat from Knitting the National Parks. After a thorough search of my stash, I found I did not have the right colors. So I went directly to Polka Dot Sheep’s website to find and order colors that would work. I am very satisfied with this color. I have used Stumptown DK before. There was no question about yarn quality. I inadvertently tested their customer service on this order. I didn’t realize that my old address was the shipping address until after I hit submit. Since it was midnight when I ordered-sent them a message. I called them the next morning to confirm the address change. They once again provided excellent customer service. There are many reasons why Polka Dot Sheep is my go to for yarn orders, but their excellent customer service is the biggest reason.

Like a dreamsicle!
I originally purchased Pygmy Owl to make the Second Street Hat however the colors reminded me of a dreamsicle; Bailey's Irish Cream & OJ with just enough added color to feel dreamy! Yarn is chunky weight yet ever so lite, soft and squishy. I purchased a second skein to make a cowl for those extra cold days. Love the free shipping in USA! Fast delivery. Hard to be disappointed with anything from PDS!!
